New Single Update

We've had many people asking us what the current status on the new Britney single is.  To be honest, we have no further news on it.

The new single, listed as "Single 1" on the official Sony Music release schedule is still set to head to radio Monday September 21.  Whether or not this is still correct is anyones guess.

Remember back to about this time last year when Womanizer arrived to its radio debut a week later than scheduled.  This could quite possibly be the case, or one hell of an announcement will come on Monday where a new single could be unveilled on Britney's official website - and radio shortly after.

Rumour has been going around many Britney sites saying that the single has been delayed by a week, and would head to radio Monday September 28. We have not heard anything from Sony Music to back up this information.

A new single is coming - but will it be this Monday?  Could this be the secret that her record labels website has been keeping?  We're holding our breath in anticipation.

Hmmm, if we do get a new single on Monday.

I will give Jive its own STANDING OVATION as they would have actually have successfully released a single.

This is how it should be done, no confirmation, no news, no song title then BAM - New single for everyone to go CRAZY CRAZY over!

I'd also like to point out, apparently somewhere there is a "press release" from Sony Music Australia where the song title is called "Refresh".

This is absolutely untrue.  Sony has not sent out any such press release, and has not said anything about the title of the song.  It's a fake thing that someone with too much time on their hands has made up.

Lol i was in the shops and walked passed the nail place and they had Britneys DWAD dvd playing, the part after she finished overprotected and was going down that trap door thing. I wanted to stop and watch but i couldnt and i was like to miself hahahaha hope those people enjoy sum brit brit!
